Robert D. Goldberg
Robert D. Goldberg is a co-founding partner at Cirlin Goldberg LLP. For nearly 30 years as a civil litigator his clients have come to know Rob as a tenacious and highly effective trial attorney. He is responsible for handling all aspects of the firm’s complex business litigation practice. Rob’s primary areas of emphasis include business contract disputes, commercial and residential lease litigation, real property litigation, employment law, and intellectual property cases. Rob graduated with highest honors from Pitzer College in Claremont, California, where he wrote an honors thesis entitled, “The American Sense of Mission in United States Foreign Policy.” At Northeastern Law School in Boston, he earned his law degree and also taught legal writing and research to first year law students. Following his graduation from law school, Rob served two years as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Volney V. Brown, Jr., at the United States District Court in Los Angeles, before entering private practice as a trial attorney. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California. Rob is the founder of the Manhattan Beach Sand & Surf Soccer Club, served as AYSO Commissioner in AYSO Region 18, and is a certified youth soccer coach with California State Soccer Association – South.
